Programme Details
Permaculture Course
A Permaculture Design Course (PDC) is a fun, immersive programme of practical education in the fundamental concepts and skills of Permaculture Design and is often a first step for many towards a regenerative livelihood.
Permaculture courses are fully funded, and are staged in collaboration with local partners in Jamaica, Barbados, and Trinidad throughout the year. Participants will receive their Permaculture Design Certificate and join a global community of permaculture practitioners demonstrating ways to live more regeneratively.
Projects
Participants will apply the strategies learned during the immersion to implement simple, creative initiatives that demonstrate Permaculture principles in action and are responsive to local context.

-
Participants may join with a project already in mind or they may use the programme to inspire the most relevant initiative. Participants may also apply to bring a Permaculture perspective to something already existing.
-
Projects can be of any size, take place in any relevant setting, and apply to different types of communities (neighbourhoods, workplaces, industries, demographic groups, etc.).
-
All projects should be well documented and communicated. Successful projects will be showcased to broader audiences and should therefore be shareable.
Support
We intend to provide support relevant to the stage and scale of each project. This can take the form of advising on design, collaborating on implementation, supporting resource-mobilization, and whatever else is helpful
