This morning, I decided to make breadfruit crepes:

Ingredients

• Breadfruit flour ¼ lb 

• 1 egg

• Cumin powder ¼ tsp

• Salt 1 tsp

• Curry powder ¼ tsp

• Sugar ½ tsp

• Water 1½ cups

• Scotch bonnet pepper powder (Shavout) ⅛ tsp

• Coconut oil 1 tbsp

Directions:

1. Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately

2. Add dry mixture to the wet mixture and combine into a batter

3. Lightly oil frying pan and pour ¼ cup of mix

4. Let it fry till the top looks a little dry then flip and cook for a few minutes longer

I cooked up codfish and added fried plantain to the finished product. Got good reviews from my very weary husband😂
